We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions on our website. Payment via credit/debit card in EUR is available in the payment section of our website. The amounts of charges and commissions may be increased by the amount of VAT according to the provisions of applicable law.

The translation services provided by AI Translation Bot are charged based on the number of translation tokens. 1 EUR is equivalent to 1000 translation tokens. You can send text for translation by specifying the source language and target language, as well as any relevant industry-specific details that can help improve the accuracy of the translation.

When you register account for the first time you will receive a welcome bonus.

2. Refund:

Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds in certain circumstances as outlined below:

If you have purchased tokens/ credits but have not used them to pay for services, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you have purchased tokens/ credits and used them, refunds are generally not provided unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@aitranslationbot.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited back to your account balance within 30 business days from the date of your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items: All items are refundable on the platform.

Cancellation Requests: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of making a purchase, provided that the AI-generated translation has not been delivered or utilized.

Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation request is approved, a processing fee may apply, deducted from the refund amount.

4. Extenuating Circumstances:

Service Interruption: If we are unable to provide services due to technical issues or other service interruptions, a full refund will be provided.

Unsatisfactory Results: If you receive an AI-generated translation that significantly deviates from the selected parameters or expectations, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a refund or reprocessing.
